近日，中国少林杂志社社长、淄博市佛教协会名誉会长、普照寺监院、嵩山文化研究会副会长、中国少林武术协会副释延明法师，应邀拜访中国武术协会副、武术协会常务副、国家级武术教练、人文大学武学院、武术联合会技术会主任、国际武术联合会技术会副主任吴彬先生武术协会 。双方围绕中国传统武术的传承与发展、少林功夫的当代价值等议题展开深入探讨，共话中华武术文化的弘扬与创新。
会谈中，释延明法师详细介绍了少林功夫的历史渊源、文化内涵及其在当代的传播与实践武术协会 。他指出，少林功夫不仅是中华武术的重要组成部分，更是中国传统文化的重要载体，凝聚着禅武合一的精神追求。近年来，少林文化通过多种形式走向世界，成为国际社会了解中国传统文化的一扇窗口。释延明法师强调，未来将继续推动少林功夫的系统性整理、研究与传播，使其在新时代焕发更强生命力。

Recently, Venerable Shi Yanming, President of China Shaolin Magazine, Honorary President of Zibo Buddhist Association, Supervisor of Puzhao Temple, Vice President of Songshan Culture Research Association, and Vice President of China Shaolin Martial Arts Association, paid a visit to Mr. Wu Bin, Vice President of the Chinese Wushu Association, Executive Vice President of the Beijing Wushu Association, National-Level Wushu Coach, Dean of the Wushu College at Beijing Renwen University, Chairman of the Technical Committee of the Asian Wushu Federation, and Deputy Chairman of the Technical Committee of the International Wushu Federation. The two sides engaged in in-depth discussions on the inheritance and development of traditional Chinese martial arts, as well as the contemporary value of Shaolin Kung Fu, sharing insights on promoting and innovating Chinese martial arts culture.
During the meeting, Venerable Shi Yanming elaborated on the historical origins, cultural connotations, and modern dissemination and practice of Shaolin Kung Fu. He emphasized that Shaolin Kung Fu is not only an integral part of Chinese martial arts but also a vital carrier of traditional Chinese culture, embodying the spiritual pursuit of integrating Zen and martial arts. In recent years, Shaolin culture has reached a global audience through various forms, becoming a window for the international community to understand traditional Chinese culture. Venerable Shi Yanming stressed the commitment to further promoting the systematic organization, research, and dissemination of Shaolin Kung Fu to revitalize its vitality in the new era.
Mr. Wu Bin spoke highly of Venerable Shi Yanming's efforts in preserving Shaolin culture and promoting martial arts. He noted that Shaolin Kung Fu, with its profound historical heritage and unique technical system, has profoundly influenced the overall development of Chinese martial arts. Drawing on his decades of experience in martial arts instruction and international promotion, Mr. Wu Bin pointed out that traditional Chinese martial arts must actively explore ways to integrate with modern sports, education, and culture while preserving their essential characteristics, thereby enhancing their international influence and reach.
